Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second notification once your order has shipped or is out for delivery.


Shipping Options

We offer shipping across the United States.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and carrier
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.


Local Delivery (San Diego Area)

We offer local delivery for customers in the San Diego area.

At checkout, you can select Local Delivery if your address qualifies.

Local Delivery Details:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Nelly’s Secret Sauce is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
